Pentpak 427

Operate a full range of Pentruder equipment simply by connecting the same Pentpak, remote control, motor and cables to a wallsaw, a wire saw or a core drill. It all fits together and gives unsurpassed flexibility.

The Pentpak high frequency (HF-)power packs are made from top quality components chosen for their reliability and longevity. The frequency inverter is for instance built to produce 24/7 for thousands of hours.

The Pentpak 427, 422 and 418 are made for 380 - 480 volt and the Pentpak 222, 218 and 200 are made for 200 - 230 volt.

The HF-power packs are insensitive for fluctuations in power and can be run on such small fuses as 16 ampere.

Soft start of blade
The Pentpak HF-power packs can drive many different HF-machines.   A large range of input-voltage and frequency is possible (50/60 Hz and 380-480V)   Thanks to the soft start of the blade it is possible to start the blade with as small fuse as 16 amp at 400 volt.

Low weight
The autofeed software prevents high peak loads.   The Pentpak HF-power packs are well protected against short circuit and overloads. If a cable is cut the Pentpak is not damaged.   Despite the high quality of all components in the Pentpak and the effective cooling, the weight of the Pentpak is only 27 kg (57.3")

The Pentpak is operated by a low weight remote control.   Built in EMC-filter ensures that the Pentpaks follow CE-regulations. Suitable for use in sensitive environments like hospitals with extra filter.

The Pentpak 427 can power all 400 volt HF-motors from Tractive.

It can be used to power the Pentruder HF-wall saws, the Pentruder 3P8 HF-wire saw and the MD1 HF-drill system and all the coming HF-products. The same cables and remote control are used for all applications.

Transport trolley

    
The Pentpak 427 is used together with the remote control, 64190401.   The transport trolley is well balanced and practical for transport of a complete saw equipment. It also protects the power pack from dirt.    
A radio remote control will be available during 2010.
